Payment

We’d love to accept payment in £s, €s or US$s, but Vintage Pointe does require payment to be made in Australian Dollars. We believe the easiest and safest method of payment is via PayPal, and that means you can pay using your credit card too.

We also accept payment via direct deposit (bank transfer) from our Australian customers. Overseas customers are advised that this method of payment may incur additional currency conversion fees. Please check with your bank before using this option.

Refunds and returns

Being an Australian outfit, we abide by Australian Consumer Law with respect to refunds and exchanges. If your purchases from Vintage Pointe are damaged, defective or significantly different from their description, we’ll be glad to provide a replacement or refund the purchase price, including delivery costs.

In the event that items are damaged, a photo of the damage would be appreciated.

We are not obliged to provide a refund or replacement in the event that you change your mind. But we will accept items returned in ‘a saleable condition’ within 30 days of the purchase date, and refund the purchase price excluding delivery charges.

File downloads

When purchasing Vintage Pointe’s downloadable files, take a moment to ensure you have the necessary computer software (Adobe Acrobat) required to open files correctly. Please note that downloads paid for by Direct Deposit will not be available until payment has been received.

Orders from Amazon and other affiliates

If you’ve done a spot of shopping using one of Vintage Pointe’s affiliate links, please address any problems with your order to the relevant supplier. Everyone has their online shopping horror stories (we’ve got a beaut one involving the Bolshoi Ballet’s Legend of Love!), but our own experiences with Amazon and the Book Depository have been very positive over the years.
